As the climate emergency becomes ever more urgent, we are training more and more people – self-builders and building professionals – how to build with cob. Cob is the ultimate in low carbon construction – you use the earth on your site to build your home or building. 4-Day Cob Building Course
Are you interested in learning how to build your own cob construction? Whether you're looking to build your own garden studio or have heard about the amazing benefits of cob and would like to build your dream home, Edwards Cob Building can teach you everything you need to know. We find people from all walks of life on our cob workshops: from complete building novices, to architects and surveyors, to teachers, doctors, artists and more. You don't need any previous building experience so why not book yourself or a friend on our next available course?
1-Day Cob Building Course
Interested in cob but don't have time for our 4-day course? Not a problem! We've put together a shorter, 1-day cob course, teaching you the benefits, techniques and how to get the most out of cob. Best part? There's pizza involved! Learn how to design and construct your own pizza oven, Don’t splash out thousands of quid on a ready made brick oven – go for the more affordable, authentic, beautiful and sustainable option and build one yourself. You’ll definitely taste the difference and your friends will be seriously impressed you built your own oven.
