Last week the Telegraph reviewed all the options for getting your own woodfired pizza oven at home. They showed a range of metal, factory built, ovens that loose heat quickly.
And then they showed one of our beautiful cob wood fired pizza ovens – the clear winner in terms of aesthetics and they hold the heat the longest. So you can cook pizza but so much more – you can then cook your bread and then throw in a whole joint or stew to slowly cook. Divine!
